      <image:caption>Hi, I’m Michèle, and I’m so glad you’re here. In February 2019, I woke up feeling completely exhausted—mentally, emotionally, and physically. For years, I had pushed through stress, anxiety, and perfectionism, thinking achievement and success would fill the emptiness inside. But that morning, I couldn’t get out of bed. My career was thriving, my businesses were doing well, and I had all the external markers of success—but internally, I felt anxious, disconnected, and alone. I realized that chasing more—more achievement, more validation, more external proof of worth—wasn’t the answer. I needed help, and I needed to understand myself deeply. That journey led me to counselling school, where I learned not just how to support others, but how to truly connect with myself. I challenged old beliefs, set healthy boundaries, and learned to prioritize my mental, physical, and spiritual health. Over time, I transformed my relationship with myself: I cultivated confidence, self-worth, and clarity, and learned how to live intentionally, free from burnout, people-pleasing, and self-doubt. This experience changed everything—not just my life, but my approach as a counsellor. I now help adults navigate anxiety, overwhelm, and self-doubt, guiding them to feel more secure, confident, and empowered in their lives and relationships. I also mentor and supervise other counsellors, sharing the lessons I’ve learned so they can grow with confidence, navigate complex cases, and build meaningful, ethical practices. Today, I live as a conscious achiever—clear on what I want, grounded in my worth, and empowered to create a life and career that align with my values. My mission is to help others experience that same sense of clarity, freedom, and self-trust—whether through counselling, coaching, or supervision.</image:caption>
