Your session is a safe space to explore what’s getting in the way of the life you truly want. Together, we’ll create clarity, set meaningful goals, and design an action plan that works for you. I’ll also be your accountability partner—helping you stay focused, motivated, and supported every step of the way.
I’ll never do the work for you—but I’ll walk beside you as your guide, resource, and safe place to land. How you show up is yours to decide, and my role is to hold the space, offer tools, and help you build the confidence to keep moving forward.
Never done anything like this before? If you’re new to counselling or coaching, it’s normal to feel nervous. Any time you step outside your comfort zone, your brain wants to keep you “safe” by pulling you back into old patterns. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN COUNSELLING & COACHING?
In coaching the primary focus is on your present and future goals.
Counselling sessions focus on your present goals and blocks from your past that are keeping you stuck in the same patterns.
DO I PAY BEFORE OR AFTER THE SESSION?
You pay prior to the session. This allows you to focus on your self-care once we are done.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
The session must be rescheduled within 24 hours otherwise you will be charged the full amount.
CAN YOU DIAGNOSE AND PRESCRIBE MEDICATIONS?
No I cannot, you would have to see a doctor or psychologist.
Will insurance cover me?
There are many insurance providers that will cover counseling sessions. You need to double check your coverage. If you are covered you pay for the session and then you would have to get reimbursed through your provider.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF HAVING AN ONLINE SESSION VS IN PERSON?
You get to be in the comfort of your own home!
I would advise setting up a nice quiet area so you can focus on yourself.
IS MY PRIVACY PROTECTED?
Everything we speak about is confidential. I am legally liable to report to the authorities if you are planning to harm yourself or others.
HOW MANY SESSIONS SHOULD I BOOK?
Most of my clients start off with 8-16 sessions and then we reassess from there. In the beginning I suggest seeing each other weekly, then bi-weekly, then monthly for maintenance.
